He has shattered the last hiding places of the superstitious.

One looks at the narrative itself --->"God gave his only begotten Son" <---- is just too childish for words ,few have really believed it for centuries, we see this starting with the deist founding fathers of America but also we have the same exact thing found in Islam with the Last Prophet nonsense & those superstitions. These were stories intended to convey some meaning & capture that awe for the time they were constructed when they knew so little of the physical world, the best they could dream up.

Not to say that there aren't great mysteries that are already shown within the material universe which men divined in the composition of matter to micro/quantum level for which all other phenomena are derived on any scale. And as we have found out that scale is vast, much vaster than any idea of God can comprise, much vaster than any prophet or messiah could have even begun to imagine.

There is a certain slavery entailed with the tarnished original sin idea, that made mockery of men & life & the reality. New stories & understandings are now getting written & times are changing why you see the fits & throes the world is in, a new take on the world, the old one of childish fables is dying , preserved only by geographical & enforced social barrier.

But those barriers are not barriers any longer, via internet.
