Riley, All!! I talked to the SEC this morning. I spoke to Ms. Harper who informed me that she doesn't give out legal advice concerning these issues and isn't happy about references to her on the internet. I will respect that and inform RMIL shareholders that I called to tell her that my original 'complaint' to the NASD was about our excessive certificate wait, not DVBC or Mork. Tho' mork has admitted to his short position,regardless of the possible 'illegality' of his position, I informed Ms. Harper, that by shareholders obtaining certs, we solidify our investment in this stock. Our discussion centered around 3 TA changes, 2 freezes @the DTC, Morks' relationship w/ the first TA and our certificate wait. She said she will get back to me in the future and that, again, the SEC does not inform the public about their investigations., Pugs
