Check out the other investors in that private placement. Atlantic Energy is one. And Pacificorp is another. Topro shareholders have the idea now. But those of you who aren't familiar with the Topro story, here it is.

A few months ago, Topro and Pacificorp signed an alliance whereby the two companies would cooperate on projects in the electric utility industry. This industry is undergoing deregulation, as the phones and airlines did previously, and there's a lot of change going on in the power plants. Topro's side of the alliance is as the system integrator for Pacificorp projects. And if the hydrino is successful, there are lots and lots of power plants that are going to sign up for it. It's a cheap energy source that is clean. No smokestacks. No nasty sulphurs to clean up. No scrubbers. No barrels of nuclear waste. Clean. Cheap. All you need is water to have a source of hydrogen, from which the hydrino's are to be made. Sound to good to be true? Maybe it is. But it will take two years to find out.

And two years should be just fine with Topro. By then, Topro will have spun its Y2K CD so many times and have such a huge database of industrial America's (and Europe's, too) factory and power base that it will be front runner on any systems integration work it cares to bid on.
