Huge rec for that post and all its rhetorical flair. I think you should put in on FB too before I do it for you, LOL.

The problem with the conservative agenda and Hollywood is that stories about preserving the entrenched status quo are stale and one-dimensional. John Wayne didn't make positive movies about social change, that I recall. The Charles Bronson vigilante stuff is decades out of date. And Stallone and Arnie just get laughed off the screen by reviewers nowadays.

Musically it's about Donnie and Marie and country stars.
