Dividend will increase, I predict.

The plans were not made public until March 19 last year:

Apple Announces Plans to Initiate Dividend and Share Repurchase Program

Seems to me this is the date we should look to, not the last shareholder's meeting. The 19th was the third
Monday in March, this year it is the 18th. So, I am looking at these two dates for action.
