Betty , actually the stock be given to the new Units buyers is less than 3.40$ when you factor in the fair value of the warrant included in the Unit.....I dont have the details in front of me but that warrant is probably worth at least 1 dollar if I remember correctly, which would mean the actual stock price is closer to $ 3.15..............;^)
