USBG A quick FA: revenues doubled to 15.5 million through 6/30/97. Loss reflects an increase in S/G/A expenses due to an increase in administrative salaries. The company owes 2.1 million in payroll taxes and related penalties and interest. The company has a tricky structure. I'd suggest that Sergio take a look at the Nov. 20 quarterly report in Yahoo . I'd be curious if he reads between the lines what I read between the lines! I'll watch to see whether it confirms the technical breakout. Tom
