From that list of MLP's you posted from the Barron's article of 2/24/2013, OILT looks interesting w/ today's news:
Web site: goo.gl
We are a publicly-traded master limited partnership engaged in independent storage and transportation of crude oil, refined petroleum products and liquefied petroleum gas. We provide our services to a variety of customers, including major integrated oil companies, distributors, marketers and chemical and petrochemical companies. Our assets are strategically located along the Gulf Coast of the United States.

Oiltanking Partners, L.P. (OILT)

Oiltanking, Williams plan to cash in on US LPG export boom

Oiltanking Partners LP, an oil and gas transporter, will spend $44 million to build a new vessel dock and upgrade existing ones at its terminal on the Houston Ship Channel to meet demand for export of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
Both BWP and WMB were mentioned as companies exploring building LNG terminals. Dodn't own BWP but on my list to buy shares below $25.00/share.

The problem I have w/ OILT is it seems priced quite high. Debt is low but PE quite high (not a good metric for valuing a MLP) and distribution is relatively low at 3.5%.

I like that their revenue streams are "fee" based and not really subject to commodity prices. Any other way(s) to evaluate what a fair "value" price is for OILT?

I do not want to overpay for companies that fit my NG distribution theme but OILT looks like one I might want to add at the right price.

EKS

FWIW, I started a Grommit's " Watch list". Quite a few of those stocks I own and have been trying to pull the trigger to buy more DLR too. When compared to COR it's a real bargain IMO. I also was watching EXL a mini-mall developer in So. CA to do another add. I want to add shares in this one below $12.00/share. I followed Grommit into this one 8/22/2012 at $11.82/share for the IRA. This one yields just over 5%. I like that their properties are concentrated in So. CA, a real growth area.
