< ask yourself, is it possible that YOU were misled?> Yes, I was misled. However the time "coincidence" of several instances indicates trading on insider information. One less suspicious activity was the 4000-Dec puts, that just happened on the same day apparently that the Roche agreement would have been finalized (Nov21). I don't know anything for certain, but I would not want to be the guy who made a killing on info not disclosed to the general public. Good luck, to all.
