Actually, their training and their knowledge is very prime. But the common facilities are abysmal. My wife had to go by ambulance to a "clinic" and spent the day hooked up to intravenous in a tiny brick building behind a nightclub. The care was great. But the noise coming through the walls and the night sounds were less than restful...
