Cuban literacy rates rank above the heads of U.S. citizens such as yourself. I suspect their academic skills would continue to excel past the literacy stage. Perhaps that is why Bush made an exception allowing Cuban doctors to come to the States! -g- Thousands of them did...and I trust they are helping your health care system to improve just as Bush thought they would! Hey! Good for Bush and/or his advisors, eh!!
