The people you selected were their ideas. Big ideas, right or wrong. That set them apart. Most people simply reflect old ideas. They live according to a script and can be predicted by that script. <<I can't speak for you, but I've talked about those people in terms of the kind of people they were. That's the whole point of reading biographies, after all- it's not just about the ideas. The people who had the ideas are also interesting, and worth talking about.
