Richardred,
thank you for your efforts - looks like one day those with valid claims against
his government will really be rewarded handsomely. In the meantime the economy
down there will detoriate - despite the oil riches.

It could be really an interesting avenue to buy small companies with valid
large-size oil-related claims against the Chavez regime. Certainly risky but
should convey opportunity down the road.
