A word of caution. The $8.5 million cited refers to Westernbank expenditures of which NRi, and I do mean "i", will get a piece and I do mean smaller. My guess, this news is intended to cushion the up coming perferred stock financing. I'd be a seller into any good news. Plenty of time to buy back at lower prices. I'm out of here!
