Srivaths - while I agree the lack of premium is extremely negative, from the perception perspective, and while I think merger is never a prime factor for investing (even for a short term trader, unless one is an arb,) I don't know your line of argument concerning LU entry has good grounds. In a way, the firewall mkt has a low barrier of entry (codewise;) the more important thing, imho, is the install base and the persistence of the install base.

Having said that, sure I had wished RAPT would ve been bought out by a big player with deep pocket. Unfortunately, we are captive investors for the time being.
