Risk reduction you may find far more effective in dealing with british columbians than a 'bigger slice of the pie', at a much later point you get to the stage of discussing some kind of slice [what do you mean 'bigger' slice, so far all that's been discussed is that we get to provide the kitchen, do the cooking, and clean up the mess after]

Keeping dilbit out of tankers would be a tiny improvement, since more volatile products are less persistent ... rail transport may or may not present greater risk of numbers of spills, but they'd quite likely be smaller in volume than some pipeline spills have been

Seems to me that Enbridge involvement is a detriment to proponents, horrendous record there, surely there exist more competent pipeline companies ... ?? ... of course they say they'll do this one more carefully, one suspects however that they've said this previous to other spills, and you start to ask yourselves, should we really hand over Czechoslovakia to this counterparty, when he promises so sincerely that he won't take Poland as well
