I recall that "slice of the pie / bigger slice of the pie" was (#1?) on Christy's list. Am I wrong? The potentially huge BC windfall from a refinery could just be a game changer ... ??? Enbridge ... Ah, you are pulling out all the stops. LOL This "pie in the sky" deal has nothing to do with Enbridge.
