He sees a need... Personally, if I were living in that province, I would be more comfortable with something proposed by a participant in industry from the getgo, somebody who knows the business (and thereby the related risk areas) and can start from day one on that basis. But there's always a real mistrust about O&G companies, which is too bad and also odd since so many people work at them.
