Looks like the new legislative session starts May 18th.
One would think the mining amendment would be on the agenda if they want the Kinross deal completed by August.

One wonders if Zaruma will be in commercial operation by then or will they have some new excuse to shock and amaze?

Perhaps more junior miner TA will reveal the future?
