also, although oil is getting more expensive to obtain even for saudis and gulf states, it is obtained by them at much cheaper cost than by deep water drilling, oil shale or tar sands. it seems to me that with fracking and artificial intelligence many countries will find much oil and gas in shale and elsewhere, which will have a value if oil is priced at over $80/barrel. so, u s a and israel reserves will be part of a glut.
