Been there twice over 7 years .. have seen the changes.. still LOTS of bikes.. electric ones too ... you don't hear them coming :O) I agree lots more cars.. but think about the push for NG cars there.. China thinks LT and they know they have lots of future NG coming.. Xi'an (not the only place) all buses and cabs NG for years.. NG infrastructure for transport (cars) being built.. it's not all about oil.. at any rate if we can only ship south.. we are second rate at best..
