He enacted probably the single most sweeping legislation in the history of this country, certainly since Medicare -- without a single Republican vote. You may see that as something other than obstruction, but when one party "obstructs" the other party from being involved in the process using corruption to do it, it seems to me that is the very worst kind of obstruction you can have.
