The risk is real, and the population here knows it Yes, Quebec and Ontario now understand that close to $20 billion in transfer payments are drying up, threatening the public sector, education, health care etc. No pipeline to west coast = major Federal and eastern provincial gov't downsizing and reduction in healthcare, education etc. BC' s voice will be drowned out by eastern interests. That is the way it has always been and will remain so. Good luck with your protests. I can hear the tracks on the pipe layers sqeeking already:-)
