Shipping Bitch is much different than oil , gas , natural gas or what not . Or should I say the risks to the environment are different with Bitch , it is garbage , poison , the darn stuff sinks to the bottom and there is no technology today that can deal with it . The other stuff can be cleaned up to some extent . This year , next year or 30 years down the road the darn product will have value and we do not need to buy into the concept of selling everything as fast as we can . I do like the refinery idea ......
