ST Micro on the case again, this time via ITC complaint. st.com Nothing on ITC site yet, but guess will be in the next few days. Was 9 patents last time, this time 5, no information yet if subset from the original ones. Out of 9 InvenSense said USPTO had determined substantial questions of patentability on 7, with 4 of those being actioned for reexamination. Maybe its the remaining 5 not issued with reexamination that ST are taking to the ITC. info.usitc.gov
