I think it is all related in the end. Bernanke + deficits + guns + shadow inventory + zero rates + Obama = end of the world somewhere in there for too many. I can assure you robber barons laughing all the way to the bank in this environment.. Pols use fear to motivate people.........esp. Americans. And I think its because Americans remain fairly uninformed for a population that's supposed to be literate.
