Yeah, that would be great if it meant anything, but when the Republicans controlled the Presidency and the Senate and the House from 2000-2006 they BROKE all the records for "porkbarrel" politics. Clinton left $500 Billion SURPLUSES and the Republicans quickly turned that into RECORD deficits....
