All The rules of the game have been completely rewritten since the announcment of the leak. We will never again see trading patterns we've grown accustom to in this stock. Many surprises are about to unfold and to some they will be a blessing and others a curse. The 4 are in no better position than a naked shorter caught red-handed. If we were sitting in their board room right now I don't think we'd hear overwhelming approval to just "pay it back" without exploring less expensive avenues. Their attornies, no doubt, are picking the agreement apart and may or may not find a loophole. But that in itself will take time. The quickest way to a conclusion of this issue is let it fall as it may, to a point where resitance to buy back won't be as great and get it over with. We know they're looking at the ticker and probably working in concert with the mmkers. They still have 27 days to consider their options. As long as EUTRO does not reveal the name of the 4, I feel we will settle this thing quietly and peacefully. And on day 30 if it isn't settled, then WE should begin to look at OUR options as victims in this matter. All of this is my opinion only. rick p.s.
