Jay, This private placement was quietly announced in the last 10-Q. I am greatly relieved that management has decided to limit the offering. I hope they were not forced to limit it because of lack of interest though. Holding JMAR has come down to how much you can trust management and their ability to bring new technology to market. This is coming at a price to shareholder value but the promise their technology holds is keeping me invested. Technically, this down trend is looking alot like a double shake-out and I am looking for a bottom to be put in soon. With this press release, maybe we are close. The remaining uncertainity is how the 4th quarter will shape up with revenues and earnings. It looks like the pre-announced decrease in revenues is being factored in now barring any unforeseen negative events. Good luck. Paul
