mr panick thanks for info, stock is up today, maybe the EDGAR filing had something to do with it .If you check out the taylor fund,stephen taylor has bought alot of atp common. and preferred shares. this guy is a pro,check out his bio, do you think hes just rolling the dice or does he know something we dont.they are based in chicago i am not sure but i think some of atps council comes out of chicago.
