Petro,

I have some bonds and with those at less than 5 cents on the dollar, I wouldn't touch the common or the preferred at this point except as short term trading vehicles. Perhaps there is a case regarding ATPG emerging with the substantial UK assets not pledged to the DIP - if they can find a way to realize some value from them. The market is pretty much treating them as a zero.
