Paul, I agree and the reason I hold JMAR is because I believe the future hold great promise. I guess it may be a coincidence that the stock dipped to 3.40 the day before the annoucement of the placement, but given the price and the timing I have to wonder. I have no objection to the placement or the way JMAR carried it out. Jay
