Phantom, thanks for adding to the list of pros. Sometimes its hard to get all the reasons from one mind. Also, I read in the paper here in
SF Bay Area about police being required to have video cameras in their cars to record all "events." This is not necessarily ultk's account
but it could help in promoting their kind of business.
