Brazil is certainly short on Virtuous Victorian Values though not as desperately short of them as they were. Now the Marxist theoreticians and ex-guerillas have at least partly accepted market management of prices and production. But look at the pathetic GDP per person: <BRAZIL GDP PER CAPITAThe Gross Domestic Product per capita in Brazil was last recorded at 4803.40 US dollars in 2011. The GDP per Capita in Brazil is equivalent to 39 percent of the world's average. GDP per capita in Brazil is reported by the World Bank. Historically, from 1960 until 2011, Brazil GDP per capita averaged 3117.75 USD reaching an all time high of 4803.40 USD in December of 2011 and a record low of 1448.14 USD in December of 1960.>

Brazil is just another country where people work for low pay. Neither China nor Brazil can be world leaders because working for low pay is not a strategy for success. It was my strategy for a decade or two to get a start and is essential to get going, but getting up and beyond that is where the real success comes from.

Brazil's lack of VVV means they can't ever achieve the glories of the great and wonderful British Empire which brought capitalism, freedom and globalism along with peace, light, harmony, happiness, health, prosperity, longevity, fun and love to the benighted blighters steaming in jungles around the world. The process had not been completed, before the damn Germans with World War I and II along with the local yokels such as Gandhi, Idi Amin, Mugabe took over and ruined things.

<Yes, throw VVV overboard: > Countries can succeed only to the extent that they adopt said VVV[tm]. It's amusing that you think Brazil will do well.

USA gdp per capita [which includes hordes of Mexicans and ghetto bros] is nearly $50,000.

Shooting people in the back and stealing their watches is not the road to riches. That's how the English worked back in the day of Francis Drake. The USA adopted VVV [tm] and improved it. Look at the phenomenal result. And, that was only a half-baked adoption. Still no tradable citizenship and very limited virtue. But even a little went a long way. Now they are spending like there's no tomorrow and living on borrow and hope. Virtue is not the main aim in the USA these days. People snigger at it. They are too cool for that.

Like gravity, there's no escaping it. With VVV [tm] the sky's the limit.
