>> no dumber than those who maintain espouse excuses for wall st. crooks getting away with trillions of dollars

I know of no one who espouses excuses for WS crooks. If one gets tried and convicted, I think he ought to be sentenced according to the law.

But in this country, people are innocent until proven guilty, and I don't believe anyone ought to subjected to penalty when the evidence doesn't support it. Beyond that it is necessary to look at the evidence against one particular person to have any idea what you're talking about. To date, I've not seen you discuss this subject other than in extremely broad, general terms, and that isn't how people are tried here.

Personally, I'm a lot more concerned about the huge number of nonviolent drug "criminals" who are having their lives destroyed by felony convictions (making them permanently unemployable) and being sent to prison instead of to drug treatment. If you really want to discuss injustice, that would be a far more important topic to me.

As to the stupid remark, we just had a spineless, incompetent president reelected predominantly by a population of ignorant voters who are looking to the taxpayer as a source of income. That, too, is of far more concern to me that blathering on about "criminals" whose crimes haven't been established. Politicians who support confiscating money from taxpayers and BORROWING against future generations are far more guilty than anyone on Wall Street that I've heard anything about. Yet, you're not going on about incarcerating THEM.
