I suppose I should call it the spread so as not to be mis-understood.

Like I said last night my pre market plan was to get long around lunch.

Co-incidentally, after posting the last message to Kevin I glanced at the spread, saw it failed to drop to a new intraday low...at the same time got a high negative TICK, I had already decide that the overall intraday trend of the spread was bullish, as you said, and as I said last night I believe I will stay long until the bond close and be careful at that time because of a chance of weakness in the last hour due most likely to external events.

At this point the spread is not giving me any indication that I am correct about any of this as it has just made a new daily low.
