If somebody were going around for years saying that you weren't really American because you're of Korean descent, and were really doing it because either he was an attention-hog or believed that reminding your bosses that you're of Korean descent would give him a leg up over you for a promotion, how would you react when he issued an e-mail to everyone in the company saying that he sees that you're in a jam with an engineering issue and that he's publicly offering to help you resolve it? -Z
