AMERICAS BULLION ROYALTY ANNOUNCES $2,000,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 8.5 million common shares at a price of 24 cents per common share to raise proceeds of up to $2.04-million.

The company intends to use the proceeds for general working capital purposes. The private placement is subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
