A footnote?? On the daily chart for OCGT, say available at fast.quote.com (wow) draw a (trend?)line from the top in the 3rd week of July through the top at the end of September. Then we see that the trend has not been broken by the little rise due to this recent news. If sufficient buying can keep the price up around 21/32 to 11/16 for say a week, this would give cause for near term hope! But I think we will have to wait for some marketing deals to generate some revenue.
