Hello All: I spoke with KNE's IR director today who confirmed that KNE does have a gas gathering agreement with NAE. He wasn't sure of the specific date that the metering started.
KNE's engineers were not at all forthcoming with information; they shunted me to the IR department.

KNE is an interesting company. kne.com They seem to be quite progressive in their attitude toward deregulation. Their all-encompassing Choice plan sounds like great marketing. I wonder how it will translate to sales. Their paper has a high Fitch rating and their growth is impressive. They make a great partner.

They recently converted an oil pipeline to a gas line that runs from Wyoming to Kansas City. It is called the Pony Express line. My guess is that the EMSounder could prove to be very useful to them if they want to expand their gas reserves along this new pipeline of theirs. More than likely there has not been a lot of gas exploration along this line.

It could be a great opportunity for NAE. The Nebraska fields could be a foot in the door for them.

Sorry I couldn't get any better information. At least we know they have a deal with a reputable partner.
