Have you tried high temperature bread baking? I use between a 450 and 550F oven with preheated ceramic bread pans, bowls or what have you in it and dump the dough into the pans.... be careful, it's hot! It only takes 15 or 20 minutes to finish. Also, I use a pan of water in the bottom to keep the bread moist while baking.
