So, YOUR answer is to have EVERYONE charge $1860, which I'm sure some people actually PAY (if you haven't heard, not EVERYONE has insurance!). The people not overcharging are chumps, in your view. Why aren't all the private insurers making people go to the $400 place? Are they chumps too?

Also, until this report you're commenting on, I thought most places charged generally the same price. Which is what I'm sure most people assume.
