You miss the point.....If people are paying 35 cents for warrants that excersise at 4.68 and expire in January, what is THIS new warrant worth? An exercise of 4.40$ and at least 1 year to expiration( maybe 2 ? I dont know) must make it worth AT LEAST 1 dollar on the open market......soooooo take 13.60$ minus 1 dollar= 12.60$ divided by 4 SHARES= 3.15$.......this is the correct valuation for the 4 shares that come in the newly placed units, or LOWER depending on the PROPER valuation of the warrant....I guarantee you that it is worth 1-1 1/2 dollars, just for the TIME value...........;^)
