I've made the New York Times recipe of no-knead bread about a dozen times since I discovered it about three years ago. It has always turned out well. The recipe calls for 450 F; the video 500 F. Recipe calls for 1 5/8 cups water; video, 1 1/2. Video gives short shrift to second rise. Lots of other great videos on YouTube about no-knead bread. Recipe: nytimes.com Video: youtube.com
