I have no idea what plans you're referring to but I can tell you with 100% accuracy that it is NOT "free". Someone is paying. There is no "free" health care and you are smart enough to know that.


Ok....my plans have changed in the manner I have described....meaning I have lower cost. My plan is provided by my company's pension, my wife has a private plan with United Health Care. Is it clearer now?
