When I last knew of them, this company would get RMON probe data from customer sites and analyzed them to recommend or fine tune customer LAN segments. I don't believe they actually manufacture or sell products. May be someone with access to SEC filings can clarify this. I did not thinik that this was a high-margin industry. One of the SNMP luminaries, Steve Waldbusser is with them along with early developers of HP Lanprobe product. There is no conflict with EDS given that EDS needs RMON analysis for all their clients and this technology is difficult to learn and staff in-house. I think the stock is overvalued coming out of the blocks. Vijay
