PML rears its ugly head in a 75 yr old ruxo-treated myelofibrosis patient. Drug has not been established to be the cause, and the company is looking into diagnosis and causality. See today's 8K filing by INCY. First case reported in 9800 treated myelofibrosis patients. PML = Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy
