It's a world wide problem. As to the FED, shhhh but they are not blind nor are they deaf. Over the next days and weeks their will be adjustments to thinking and strategy. As that is revealed then one can expect reaction. Whereas I've already anticipated downside numbers. I will not be surprised. And why I state be pro active versus reactive.
