Irrespective of the outcome, it's likely to be quite some time before any judgment can be made on whether rux is linked with increased likelihood of PML - which means the stock could be under pressure for a while.

Assuming rux has no effect at all on PML, how long will it be before this can be demonstrated with a reasonable degree of statistical confidence ?
