I think I could help. From this pr biz.yahoo.com , they (RMIL formerly OVIS) state that they are in the present tense manufactures and distributors of water. Then later they state in another pr that when the merger happens..... He and others are stating that RMIL is only a garment maker. The merger hasn't happened yet and so therefore they are not a water company yet. They don't have any water, and therefore neither do you. I don't know how to make it any plainer. Good luck, Eric
